Our new stock trading symbol is "PLBI" on the OTCBB. Our former stock
trading symbol was "BCPC." We obtained the new stock trading symbol in
connection with our name change. Our new name is PROTON LABORATORIES, INC. Our
old name was BentleyCapitalCorp.com, Inc.
