ITEM 5.02. DEPARTURE OF DIRECTORS OR CERTAIN OFFICERS; ELECTION OF DIRECTORS; APPOINTMENT OF CERTAIN OFFICERS; COMPENSATORY ARRANGEMENTS OF CERTAIN OFFICERS

On March 26, 2019, Marcel Stolk delivered his resignation as Executive Chairman, Logitech Europe S.A. and Logitech’s Senior Vice President, Business Model Innovation and submitted his resignation from the Company’s Group Management Team. Logitech accepted this resignation.  Mr. Stolk’s resignation from the Group Management Team will be effective as of March 31, 2019.
