Shirley Wilburn, Senior Vice President Consumer and Retail Banking, notified Central Valley Community Bank (the Bank), the sole subsidiary of Central Valley Community Bancorp on May 16, 2007, of her decision to retire from the Bank, effective as of January 2, 2008.
