(b) Departure of Principal Accounting Officer
On February 29, 2008, Mr. Nicholas A. Radesca resigned from the position of Chief Accounting Officer of iStar Financial Inc. in order to accept a position as chief financial officer at another company. Catherine D. Rice, iStar Financial’s Chief Financial Officer, will assume the role of principal accounting officer of iStar Financial Inc.
