On February 19, 2016, W. Keith Maxwell III resigned from the board of directors of Azure Midstream Partners GP, LLC the Partnership’s general partner.
Mr. Maxwell’s resignation letter did not state any disagreement with the Partnership or on any matter relating to the Partnership’s operations, policies or practices.
