With deep sadness, Bank of Marin Bancorp (“Bancorp”) announces that Judith O’Connell Allen, a founding member of the Board of Directors since 1989 and a past Chairman of the Board from 2003 to 2007, passed away unexpectedly on November 19, 2009.
 
The Board has yet to decide if the board seat vacated by Ms. Allen will be filled.
