Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

  

On November 20, 2012, Mr. Evan Auld-Susott resigned his position as Chief Executive Officer of Horne International, Inc.  Mr. Auld-Susott will continue to serve on the Board of Directors.

 

Mr. Darryl K. Horne will be the interim Chief Executive Officer.
