In the Press Release, the Registrant announced that at the November 7, 2013 Board of Director's Meeting, the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.24 per share on the common stock of the company. The dividend will be payable on December 26, 2013 to shareholders of record as of December 6, 2013.
