On October 19, 2006, ICF issued a press release announcing that its wholly-owned subsidiary ICF Emergency Management Services, LLC had entered into a contract dated October 18, 2006 with the State of Louisiana, through the State’s Division of Administration, Office of Community Development. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
