Departure of Directors or Certain Officers.
On December 18, 2007, Charles H. Giancarlo notified Cisco Systems, Inc. (“Cisco”) of his decision to resign as Executive Vice President, Chief Development Officer of Cisco, effective on or about December 31, 2007.
