REPORT ON FORM 6-K

Attached is an English translation of the summary of the letter dated June 7, 2010 filed by the Company with the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires and the Comisión Nacional de Valores.

By letter dated June 7, 2010, the Company reported that it has sold to Inmobiliaria Rural S.A. (the “Purchaser”) a farm with a total surface area of 12,701 hectares, known as Tali Sumaj, located in Argentina, Province of Catamarca, Department of La Paz, District of San Antonio. The Purchaser has paid a total price of approximately US Dollars 4.8 Million for the transaction, and took possession of the aforementioned farm. This operation represented a profit to the Company of approximately Argentine Pesos 13.8 million.

It is hereby clarified that the registered owner of this farm was Inversiones Ganaderas S.A. (“IGSA”), which is on a process of spinoff-merger with the Company. As a result, the Company has assumed the management and administration of IGSA’s assets, and exercises its representation.
