(b) On March 7, 2006, Craig Duchossois resigned as a director of Trinity Industries, Inc. The resignation follows the disposition by affiliates of Duchossois Industries, Inc. of the remaining shares issued by Trinity in connection with the acquisition of Thrall Car Manufacturing in October of 2001.
