Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On the evening of November 11, 2010, Glu Mobile Inc. ("Glu") held a launch party for its employees and certain investors and members of the press at which Glu showed a video featuring each of the six social, persistent, freemium games that it has released or intends to release during the fourth quarter of 2010: Deer Hunter Challenge, Gun Bros., Hero Project, Magic Life, Toyshop Adventures and Zombie Isle. The video that was shown at the launch party is also available for viewing at Glu’s website at www.glu.com/investors.
