Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
True Drinks Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) today issued a press release announcing its financial results for the year ended December 31, 2014. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
Item 8.01 Other Events.
The Company today issued a press release announcing the receipt of an additional $2.7 million in proceeds from the Company’s previously announced Series C Offering, and the subsequent repayment and/or exchange of all of the Company’s outstanding promissory notes. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2. A complete description of the activity under the Company’s Series C Offering, including the proceeds announced in the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2, will be included in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2014.
