(b) Effective December 31, 2015 Monetta R. Dembosz, Executive Vice President and Operations Manager of Plumas Bank, retired from Plumas Bank. Both Plumas Bancorp and Plumas Bank thank Mrs. Dembosz for her thirty-five years of service with Plumas Bank.
