Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 1, 2016, Nephros, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release in which it disclosed its estimated net revenue for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2015. A copy of this press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
