ITEM 5.02 DEPARTURE OF DIRECTOR.

Mr. Clarinus C. Th. van Andel, age 77, has announced that he is retiring from the Interface, Inc. Board of Directors effective on February 21, 2007. Mr. van Andel has served as a director of the Company since 1988.
