Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On March 6, 2008, Acxiom Corporation (the “Company”) and Rodger S. Kline, its Chief Administrative Leader, mutually agreed that effective May 31, 2008, Mr. Kline would retire from the Company.
