On January 23, 2007, Overseas Shipholding Group, Inc. ("OSG") issued a press release announcing that OSG sold 4,600,000 shares of common stock of Double Hull Tankers, Inc. in a registered public offering underwritten by Merrill Lynch & Co. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
