This Current Report on Form 8-K/A amends Item 5.02 of the Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 15, 2010 (the "Form 8-K") regarding Mr. Nelson Marchioli's status as a director of Denny's Corporation (the "Company"), pursuant to Item 5.02(a)(3)(iii) of the form requirements.
Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On July 19, 2010, the Company received a letter from Mr. Marchioli notifying us that he disagreed with the statements made by the Company in the Form 8-K. We have filed a copy of Mr. Marchioli's letter as Exhibit 17.1 to this Form 8-K/A.
