News appeared in some of the media channels stating that Turkcell might be interested in the spectrum auction in Pakistan. Our Company conducts studies in various countries as part of its ongoing evaluation of investment opportunities on a regular basis.

Our Company is performing a pre-evaluation for the respective auction, and no decision has been taken in this matter.
