Retirement of Chief Accounting Officer
On October 12, 2011, Celgene Corporation (the “Company”) announced that Andre Van Hoek, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of the Company will retire on June 30, 2012. Mr. Van Hoek will commence the planned transition of his roles within the Company on November 15, 2011, whereupon his responsibilities as Chief Accounting Officer will be assumed by Jacqualyn A. Fouse, Chief Financial Officer.
