Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On September 23, 2004, Intervoice, Inc. (“Intervoice”) issued a press release announcing certain financial results for second quarter fiscal 2005, which ended August 31, 2004, and an investigation by Intervoice’s Audit Committee of certain transactions in calendar years 2000 and 2001.
