(2) Financial Instruments



The trust trades financial instruments with off-balance-sheet risk in the normal
course of its investing activities in order to manage exposure to market risks
such as interest rates and foreign currency exchange rates. These financial
instruments include swap agreements. The notional or contractual amounts of

of financial instruments and does not necessarily represent the amounts
