Other Events.

      On April 7, 2008, The Boston Beer Company, Inc. issued a press release in which it announced a voluntary recall of select 12 oz. bottles of its Samuel Adams beer which may contain small grains or bits of glass. A copy of the press release is set forth in the attached Exhibit 99.
