SRM (Strategic Resource Management), an independent advisory firm serving a variety of clients, including the manufacturing industry as well as the financial institutions, today announced Ken Dunavant has joined the Manufacturing and Services division as vice president of Business Development.
In his role, Dunavant will work with companies to provide spend management solutions designed to reduce expenses and deliver corporate efficiencies, as well as develop foundational strategies to better manage spending on an ongoing basis.
He has spent more than 25 years providing spend management solutions to companies in the retail, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and telecom industries. Prior to joining SRM, he was the vice president, Operations, at GiveGood, a startup Benefit Corporation, where he managed operations, product strategy, and supply chain activities. He also developed and executed strategic direction surrounding new channel and wholesale partners across similar ecosystems. Before that, he was with Veraction (now known as Trax Technologies), helping companies discover opportunities for saving money and other resources in disparate logistics, financial, and purchasing data within their organizations.
