Morgan Properties joins the nation’s top real estate owners to offer residents a convenient and free way to earn points and pay rent

Morgan Properties, the nation's largest private multifamily owner, announced today a partnership with Kairos to launch Bilt Rewards, the first and only rewards program that allows residents to earn points on rent. Morgan Properties will introduce the program at select properties this fall.

Once available, residents at participating Morgan Properties communities will have the opportunity to join the free program and earn points through monthly rent payments and rent-related activities such as signing a lease or referring a new resident. Points can be redeemed as credit towards rent or a future down payment through Fannie Mae and the Federal Housing Administration

Points can also be redeemed for travel across over 100 major airlines and hotel partners; fitness classes at the country’s top boutique studios including SoulCycle, Rumble and Y7; and limited-edition and exclusive collections of art and home decor through the Bilt Collection.
