Osterweis Capital Management (Osterweis) announced today that its fund family has expanded to include two sustainable bond funds, effective October 10, 2022. The Osterweis Short Duration Credit Fund (ZEOIX) and the Osterweis Sustainable Credit Fund (ZSRIX) will continue to be managed by portfolio managers Venk Reddy and Marcus Moore and will retain their same tickers. The funds were formerly advised by Zeo Capital Advisors, a boutique firm that specialized in ESG-integrated strategies, whose team joined Osterweis earlier this year.

In September, the shareholders of the funds overwhelmingly voted to approve the April decision by the funds’ Board of Trustees to name Osterweis as the new investment adviser to the funds and to become a part of the Osterweis fund family. The funds were previously called Zeo Short Duration Income Fund (ZEOIX) and Zeo Sustainable Credit Fund (ZSRIX). Zeo’s employees became part of the Osterweis team on May 1, 2022.
