Collene Bay-Andersen will present on optimizing career pathway talent pipelines

University of Phoenix Workforce Solutions leadership, Collene Bay-Andersen, MBA, vice president of Corporate & Academic Alliances, joins the National Council for Continuing Education & Training (NCCET) this week, February 2 – 4, 2022, in Austin, TX.

NCCET is a member organization supporting community colleges and companies providing community services, continuing education, workforce development, and distance learning. Their 51^st Annual National Member’s Conference offers tracks in Staff Development Programs, Revenue Growth Strategies, and New Non-Credit Curriculums.

The presentation will include an audience survey of workforce challenges, cross-industry forecasts, review employment and workforce data trends, discuss degreed apprenticeships, and explore career assessments and degree pathways.
