Simon Close has more than 20 years of experience and is focusing on providing an effortless experience for all 24 Hour Home Care clients.

24 Hour Home Care, an award-winning non-medical in-home care provider, today announced Simon Close will be promoted to President of its Senior Care division. Close joined the 24 Hour Home Care team in 2020 as Vice President of Sales and brings a wealth of knowledge in the health industry and worldwide business experience. As President of Senior Care, Close is focused on serving clients and their families by making it easy to access in-home care with an effortless experience.

Close has already done many great things for the Senior Care Division and is expected to continue its success. He's played a large role in leading the division to serve the community through charity events, strategic partnerships, and donations including, Meals on Wheels, Council on Aging charity event, Senior Concerns Charity golf tournament, and Beach Cities Health District’s Holiday Gift Bag Program benefiting isolated seniors. Close is also a champion of 24 Hour Home Care’s partnerships with Alzheimer’s LA, and Trinity Care’s Layla & Friends Walk hosted by Jack Black to benefit families with children in hospice care.

Close’s commercial business experience helped bridge 24 Hour Home Care’s sales and admissions teams to better offer an effortless experience for clients. Close also has 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry across three continents. He’s led teams of more than 150 people, received industry awards of excellence, and displayed strong influential leadership at 24 Hour Home Care.

In 2022, the leadership team at 24 Hour Home Care grew with the promotion of Stephanie Medina to its Chief People Officer. Medina has worked for 24 Hour Home Care for nearly 13 years and is now focusing in on applying her learnings as President of Disability Services to creating a People-first culture that enforces human equity. Steve Barber stepped in as President of Disability Services bringing his leadership and operational experience from MidAmerica. With its outstanding executive team, 24 Hour Home Care is poised for continued growth in 2023.
