Stride Professional Development Center Announces 2024 Promising Practices Conference

Registration now open to K-12 teachers nationwide for award-winning virtual event

The Stride Professional Development Center announced today plans for Promising Practices 2024, an award-winning virtual educators conference designed to put the power of learning in the hands of K-12 teachers. Registration is now open for the live virtual event, to take place March 1, 2024.

The theme for this year’s conference is “Limitless: Innovative Approaches to Teaching and Learning”. Event sessions will align with a variety of topics that are essential for any teacher, including Diversity & Inclusion, Leadership, Instructional Practices, Student Support, School Culture, and Project Based Learning. Speakers will share ideas and teaching techniques that can be tailored across subjects and grade levels, types of schools, and in every community.

“Teachers are on the front lines of changing the future for their students,” said Darren Reed, General Manager of the Stride PD Center. “We are committed to investing in their success, no matter where they teach. Promising Practices’ dynamic guests and content will help any teacher achieve their greatest potential.”

Winner of the 21st Annual American Business Awards® People’s Choice Award for Professional Learning Solutions for Education, Promising Practices provides educators with innovative and practical strategies, ideas, and resources that can be immediately applied in the classroom. The event’s flexible virtual format allows attendees to participate in real time from wherever they choose, saving time and money. Upon conclusion of the conference, each participant will receive a certificate to track their hours towards personal professional development goals.

Conference attendees will receive 30 days of access to all Promising Practices 2024 sessions and materials, as well as a year of access to the Stride PD Center’s ever-growing library of courses.
