BIASC Announces “A Special Evening with Industry Leaders” Event Led by Special Guest Speaker Scott Wild of John Burns Real Estate Consulting

Event to be Co-Hosted by BIA San Bernardino and Orange County Chapters

The Building Industry Association of Southern California (BIASC) has announced its upcoming event, “A Special Evening with Industry Leaders,” a members-only soiree taking place on April 20, 2023 in Yorba Linda, California at the historic Richard Nixon Presidential Library. Co-hosted by the BIA San Bernardino County and BIA Orange County Chapters, the event will highlight 2023 housing and economic updates led by special guest speaker Scott Wild, Senior Vice President of John Burns Real Estate Consulting (JBREC).

“We are thrilled to co-host this highly anticipated event featuring our industry’s most prominent leaders, including Scott Wild of JBREC,” said Carlos Rodriguez, Senior Vice President of the BIA San Bernardino County Chapter. “Mr. Wild brings more than a decade of experience working in multiple sectors of the real estate and development industry throughout Southern California. We’re honored to have him lead our event and share the latest insights on our SoCal and IE markets.” Wild’s longstanding career began as a market analyst for K. Hovnanian Homes before managing new home communities. He later became vice president of a consulting and development firm where he spearheaded project analysis and onsite operations throughout the southwestern United States.

A Special Evening with Industry Leaders” will also feature an influential panel moderated by renowned economist and author Dr. Jay Prag of Drucker School of Management. Panelists will include Randall Lewis, Senior Executive Vice President of Lewis Management Corp.; Michael Battaglia, Division President of New Home Company; and Greg McWilliams, Chief Policy Officer and Vice President of FivePoint.
