Page Completes EYP Integration

Exceptional Design, Architecture and Engineering Talent Coupled with Expanded Industry Knowledge and Geographic Reach Position the Firm for Continued Growth

Page, a leading multidisciplinary design, architecture and engineering firm, today announced that it has completed its integration of EYP after acquiring the firm last year. Throughout the integration process, Page leaned into its core values – creativity, collaboration, and commitment -- to reimagine how it partners with clients. By identifying best practices and new strategic approaches, Page enters a new era in helping its clients Think What’s Possible to make a positive impact and realize their vision.

“Page has emerged from this process as a powerfully imaginative and collaborative firm. We pair what’s possible with the ingenuity and practicality for how to make it happen,” stated Thomas McCarthy, chief executive officer at Page. “We’ve learned from each other, elevating the firm to one that thrives on delivering complex projects to help our clients address their needs. Page designs places smarter while improving the experience of those who work, live, and learn in them.”

In bringing the firms together, Page’s client-centric approach:

  • Adds new capabilities and talent to support multiple market sectors, including those shared by the legacy firms like academic, government, healthcare, and science/technology.
  • Reinvigorates existing market sectors, including aviation, civic/community/culture, commercial/mixed-use, and mission-critical, by adding new talent and investing in expanded research capabilities and new service offerings.
  • Expands its geographic reach globally, including offices in Albany, Albuquerque, Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Dallas, Denver, Dubai, Houston, Los Angeles, Mexico City, Orlando, Phoenix, Raleigh, San Francisco, Tampa, and Washington, DC.

Since the acquisition, Page has also opened new offices in Charleston, Richmond, and San Antonio. The company currently has 20 offices supporting clients across multiple geographies.

According to Derrek Niec-Williams, executive director of campus planning, architecture, and development at Howard University in Washington, DC: "Howard has worked with both legacy firms, and their combined expertise is helping Howard University strengthen our position as a world leader in health science research and education.”

Completing the integration also escalates Page’s standing as an employer of choice. The firm’s leading industry standing, extensive client roster, and expansive service offerings allow employees to work on international-caliber projects. Page prides itself on its emphasis on diversity, equity, and inclusion, and it is an early adopter of the American Institute of Architects’ commitment to achieving zero-carbon designs before 2030.
