Morgan Properties, the largest multifamily owner and operator in New York state, is further investing in the Rochester area by relocating its local corporate office to a larger, more modern space in Victor, New York. The office encompasses close to 17,000 square feet and accommodates up to 80 employees. Its well-being-focused design includes an outdoor terrace, contemporary break room and kitchen, private offices and workstations, spacious conference and training rooms, meeting lounge and wellness room.
