To align with Page’s pillars of excellence, Dunnam Tita is creating centers of excellence within each practice to improve integration, design, and delivery for a seamless client-first approach.
“Integrated design is the hallmark of Page and a commitment we make to our clients every day,” said Thomas McCarthy, chief executive officer, Page. “We’ve experienced tremendous momentum, nearly doubling in size, over the past two years. Wendy’s leadership will accelerate our capabilities across practice areas, delivering highly creative and compelling projects that address our clients’ immediate and long-term goals while driving our client-first culture.”
Dunnam Tita offers extensive experience developing sustainable design thinking in projects ranging from residential spaces to large, complex public works projects. She recently helped lead projects like 44 East Avenue, a 49-story, 309-unit condominium tower in Austin, Tex., the public and amenity spaces of AMLI Arts Center, luxury apartments located in Midtown Atlanta, and the significant investment of design updates to the Kilroy, Westside Media Center, a premier, three-building creative office and studio campus located in West Los Angeles among many others.
“Designing projects that address our clients' needs, including ones they may not even know they have, requires insights from multiple practice disciplines throughout the process. When these timelines don’t line up, it can cause frustration and delays,” said Wendy Dunnam Tita, chief practice officer, Page. “One of my main goals is to help clients appreciate the benefits and efficiency of working with a firm that can manage an entire project under one roof. By offering an integrated design approach, Page ensures it designs projects that address our clients’ needs and stand the test of time.”
Dunnam Tita is a licensed architect, a LEED-accredited professional, and was inducted into the American Institute of Architects College of Fellows in 2018. She will continue to co-lead Page’s Commercial/Mixed-Use Market Sector alongside Daniel Brooks and report to Thomas McCarthy, CEO of Page.
