Interfaith America, a non profit that centers religious diversity and community building, launched a new podcast series called Faith in Elections. The series features 20 to 30 minute episodes highlighting recognizable civic leaders motivated by their faiths to engage and serve communities across the country.
This series, under the new Voices of Interfaith America brand, aims to give listeners an inside look into the work and adversity it takes to get people to vote, participate and support democracy in an historic election season. A lineup of rotating hosts include; Founder of Interfaith America, Eboo Patel, Jenan Mohajir, and Adam Phillips.
This is just one of Interfaith America’s efforts to help ensure free and fair elections. Earlier this year, Interfaith America partnered with Protect Democracy to release the Faith in Elections Playbook, helping organizations find ways to protect the needs of their communities in the 2024 election.
The Voices of Interfaith America podcast network, formerly Interfaith America with Eboo Patel, will amplify powerful stories from diverse individuals dedicated to building bridges for the common good in their communities and will also explore the rich complexities of our diverse, religiously pluralistic democracy.
Interfaith America remains nonpartisan, viewing free and fair elections as essential democratic principles that go beyond partisanship.
