ICR, a leading strategic communications and advisory firm, today announced key appointments to bolster its West Coast Technology Practice, and expand its strong presence in the region. To help lead the efforts, the firm has elevated Nirav Suchak to West Coast General Manager, ICR Technology PR, in addition to his Senior Vice President role, and added Fay Li as Managing Director, ICR Technology PR. Both professionals bring senior-level experience, strategic communications expertise and a proven track record of leading value creation and corporate reputation programming for a wide range of technology sector clients.

Nirav Suchak brings more than 15 years of global communications and marketing leadership experience, and has taken on roles of increasing responsibility since joining ICR’s Technology Practice in 2016. In this expanded role as Senior Vice President, West Coast General Manager of ICR Technology’s PR operations, Suchak will help build and strengthen the firm’s foundation, business development, people leadership and marketing efforts in the region, while continuing to lead strategic communications programs for the firm’s existing technology sector clients.
Fay Li most recently founded and served as CEO of Praxcomm Strategies, a boutique Silicon Valley technology PR consultancy specializing in brand positioning, reputation management, thought leadership and product communications. At ICR, she will help grow the technology practice, while expanding the breadth of services available to her clients, including investor relations and IPO planning. Previously, Li led global PR programs and provided integrated communications counsel to Fortune 500 technology clients at leading agencies including FleishmanHillard.

Suchak holds a Master’s Degree in Public Relations & Corporate Communications from New York University. He also has a Master’s Degree in Biotechnology from D.Y. Patil University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biotechnology from the University of Mumbai. Li holds an MBA from University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Broadcast Journalism from University of Southern California.
