10Pearls named a 4-time winner of Inc Magazine's Mid-Atlantic Region's Fastest Growing Private Companies

Ranked 3rd highest-ranked software company in the region

Inc. magazine revealed that 10Pearls is No. 52 on its fourth annual Inc. 5000 Regionals: Mid-Atlantic list, the most prestigious ranking of the fastest-growing Mid-Atlantic private companies, based in the District of Columbia, Delaware, Maryland, North Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia. Born of the annual Inc. 5000 franchise, this regional list represents a unique look at the most successful companies within the Mid-Atlantic economy’s most dynamic segment—its independent small businesses.

Amidst the challenges of a rapidly changing global environment, 10Pearls has been committed to providing great value to its customers. 10Pearls has diversified its global presence by establishing nearshore delivery centers in LATAM. Its investments in bolstering industry expertise in healthcare, financial services, telco/media, and energy have helped 10Pearls partner more strategically with its customers. The recent launch of 10Pearls Studio extends 10Pearls’ offerings beyond digital transformation and engineering to broader digital creative services.

On the community and giving back front, 10Pearls has expanded its Women In Tech initiative in Latin America. As 2024 unfolds, 10Pearls is placing a resolute focus on AI/ML to deliver future-proof solutions to its clients.

“It’s an honor to have made the Inc Regional list for the 4th time in a row – a true testament to our team's dedication and hard work,” said Imran Aftab, CEO of 10Pearls. “I am grateful to our customers for their business and trust. Our growth has enabled us to partner strategically with our customers and help them navigate challenges and opportunities.”

The award-winning companies on the 2024 Inc. Regionals: Mid-Atlantic list have demonstrated a remarkable rate of growth across all industries, with an average growth rate of 154.26 percent, created 14,110 jobs and contributed $5.2 billion to the Mid-Atlantic region’s economy.

“The honorees in our Inc. 5000 network are the Who’s Who of private companies. They’re energizing regional economies as they engineer the future of their industries. Learn who they are and what they do — they’ll be impacting things for a while,” said Eric Hagerman, Special Projects Editor at Inc. Media.

Methodology

The 2024 Inc. 5000 Regionals are ranked according to percentage revenue growth when comparing 2020 and 2022. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2020. They had to be U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit, and independent—not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies—as of December 31, 2022. (Since then, a number of companies on the list have gone public or been acquired.) The minimum revenue required for 2020 is $100,000; the minimum for 2022 is $1 million. As always, Inc. reserves the right to decline applicants for subjective reasons.
