In his new position, Hazen will play a pivotal role in enhancing the expansion and effectiveness of the company's retirement plan solutions division, which caters specifically to businesses. He will collaborate closely with business owners, focusing on the delivery of competitive retirement plans and solutions tailored to their companies’ needs.

Hazen brings with him nearly a decade of experience in the financial services industry, having specialized in retirement plans for the past five years. His most recent role at Northwestern Mutual allowed him to refine his skills as a fiduciary, crafting optimal plan packages for clients with a particular emphasis on qualified plans, 401(k), profit-sharing, and 403(b) accounts, as well as employer-sponsored plans. Hazen brings to Nepsis and its clients a diverse skill set backed by significant credentials, including successful completion of the Series 6 and Series 63 exams, along with life, health and annuities licenses. He also holds the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA) and Qualified Plan Financial Consultant (QPFC) designations.
