Naples Soap Company Appoints Ira Miller to Its Board of Directors

Entrepreneur, venture capitalist, philanthropist, and social impact investor to help guide growth

Naples Soap Company, Inc. (OTCQB: NASO), (“the Company”), a pioneering health and wellness brand that offers high-quality skin and hair care products throughout the United States, today announced the appointment of Ira Miller to its Board of Directors.

Mr. Miller is the Founder & CEO of Zone Capital Partners and First Inning Ventures. Through Zone Capital Partners, a financial holding company that consults with private and small cap public companies, he has represented and supported over $6 billion in aggregate market capitalization to the financial community and helped companies uplist to the NYSE or Nasdaq stock exchanges. At First Inning Ventures, Mr. Miller leverages his extensive experience and network in venture capital, M&A, and sports entrepreneurship to provide innovative and strategic solutions for sports-related businesses and opportunities. First Inning Ventures is an emerging global platform that offers sports athlete agency and branding services. The company is involved in financing a nationwide high school sports network, European soccer clubs, and collegiate women’s soccer.

Passionate about sports philanthropy and social impact, Mr. Miller launched and underwrote sports venture and M&A entrepreneurial platforms at Rutgers University for undergraduate students and at Duke University and its Fuqua School of Business for undergraduate and MBA programs to support students in their efforts to increase their knowledge of the sports venture community. Mr. Miller was also a guest lecturer at UCLA where he served on the Economic Board.

“We welcome Ira to our Board. His knowledge, sharp instinct, and broad network will be invaluable to Naples Soap Company as we execute our plans to drive the growth of our operating business and raise our profile as a publicly traded company,” stated Naples Soap Company CEO, Deanna Wallin.

Ira Miller added, “I am pleased to support Naples Soap Company as they expand their reach nationally and gear up for robust growth. Their powerful brand ethos has resonated with a loyal local customer base, and I anticipate the brand becoming a major national and international player in the personal care products space as it focuses on its ecommerce channels to reach the broadest audience.”
