Founded in 2003 and headquartered in Houston, Texas, IDCUS is a premier professional services, civil engineering, and consulting firm specializing in public infrastructure development and management services for transportation customers including the Texas Department of Transportation, counties and municipalities, toll road authorities, and transit authorities.
