Hometown Heroes Spotlight Series

Tractor Supply is launching a Hometown Heroes spotlight series showcasing customers and Team Members who exemplify the spirit of Hometown Heroes. A $5,000 donation will be made in honor of every hero featured to their Hometown Hero charity of choice. The inaugural recipients are:

  • Cody Bigalke, team member from New London, Wisconsin; part-time police officer and volunteer firefighter
  • Eddie Foley, vice president of loss prevention; former U.S. Navy Gunners Mate 3
  • Roc Hodges, director of outbound transportation; former U.S. Air Force Master Sergeant
  • Randy Krieger, team member from Billings, Montana; U.S. Navy veteran and retired firefighter of 35 years
  • Colin Yankee, executive vice president, chief supply chain officer; former U.S. Army Captain; graduate of United States Military Academy at West Point

These Hometown Heroes were selected based on their commitment to serving and protecting our way of life in America. Their efforts have included fostering the military/veteran community at Tractor Supply, organizing volunteer activities and raising awareness within the company, as well as establishing the tradition of giving a challenge coin to every service member and veteran who joins the Tractor Supply team. The first group of recipients includes founding members of the Veterans Team Member Engagement Group at Tractor Supply. Their leadership has helped to foster meaningful career connections and contributed to Tractor Supply’s recognition by Newsweek as one of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Veterans in 2023.
