Reflecting a Broader Vision Beyond Investment Advisory Services

Prime Capital Investment Advisors today announced it will become Prime Capital Financial in a significant rebranding that will also impact most of its sub-brands.

The change to Prime Capital Financial replaces ‘Investment Advisors’ to reflect that Prime Capital is much more than an investment advisory firm. Prime Capital also provides financial planning, financial wellness, retirement plan consulting, managed account services, tax planning, estate planning, risk management, and many other financial services.

“These efforts are about our brands telling the story of who Prime Capital is, what our values are, and what we uniquely stand for as an independent financial services firm,” said Glenn Spencer, Chief Executive Officer. “It’s very important that our brands outwardly tell the story of who we are.” The sub-brands will build on the Prime Capital name by adding their service offerings to the name. Thus, Prime Capital Financial will include Prime Capital Wealth, Prime Capital Retirement, and Prime Capital Wellness.

The new graphics are a series of small lines that make up a greater-than symbol and a forward arrow. The lines reflect that every individual Prime Capital Financial serves is on their own path, and the different lengths of lines represent that everyone is at a different place in their journey (some have even had to a turn or more along the way). The collection of lines that are seen as one reflects the fact that the people representing Prime Capital Financial are a single team of uniquely talented professionals. The greater than symbol reinforces that their clients are “greater than” they would have been without Prime Capital Financial’s services. Lastly, the forward arrow depicts innovation, a hallmark of the firm since its founding.

This rebranding in no way changes the company’s mission, vision, or business objectives. Prime Capital Financial simply believes that the new branding is more reflective of the services it provides and values it holds.

In the future, as we retire acquired brands, they will all be recognized in this Hall, telling their history and story as an organization. This will celebrate and memorialize all the brands that are collectively represented by Prime Capital Financial forever in the future.”

The first brands to be retired are Qualified Plan Advisors (QPA) and Prime Capital Wealth Management. QPA is a 20-year-old brand with significant name recognition in the retirement plan consulting world. QPA has long provided services beyond qualified plan consulting, offering non-qualified plan advisory services, participant education services, financial wellness services, and more.
