Carolyn has spent nearly 20 years helping Fortune 100 tech companies as well as industrial companies build and scale sales, marketing, and customer success organizations with data-driven insights. She was previously Head of Revenue Operations and Customer Experience at Solidigm (formerly Intel) where she led customer success strategy, measurement, and execution. By optimizing operations and leveraging data to support sales, this position plays a pivotal role in creating an environment where customer success soars.

Carolyn spent 15 years in sales, sales operations, marketing operations, and manufacturing. Most recently, she led the commercial carve-out of an Intel business into the standalone company, Solidigm. She was Vice President of Commercial Excellence at Honeywell, creating and building the company’s first global commercial excellence function for safety and productivity solutions, supporting over 2,000 salespeople and channel partners. For 10 years, Carolyn held various leadership positions at Dell, including global marketing operations, marketing demand center, and sales management. She was also in manufacturing leadership roles at global industry leader, Alcoa. She spent the early part of her career as an entrepreneur, leading an airshow company.
