Belmont Village Senior Living Earns Great Place to Work® Status for the Sixth Time, Highlighting Dedication to Employee Satisfaction and Resident Care

Belmont Village Senior Living, a leading developer, owner and operator of senior living communities across the U.S., is privileged to be certified as a Great Place to Work® by the Great Place to Work Institute and its senior care partner Activated Insights. It is the sixth time Belmont Village has been honored with the certification for its commitment to an exceptional work environment, building trust with its employees and fostering professional development, all of which promotes the delivery of quality care for residents.

Through a rigorous process, the Great Place to Work certification evaluates more than 60 components of team members’ experience in the workplace and surveys Belmont Village’s employees across all locations and levels. Nearly 4,000 employees participated in the survey with results showing a 3% increase in the trust index score.

The survey found that 88% of employees felt welcome when they joined the team and 85% feel good about how Belmont Village contributes to the community.
