Wellen joins Naples Soap Company with over two decades of leadership experience in the wellness and skin care industries. Most recently, she served as the Director of Retail Sales at Charlotte's Web, where she successfully established national partnerships with well-known retailers to significantly boost brand recognition and sales growth.

Prior to that, Wellen founded Mantra Mask, an innovative skin care brand that gained recognition for its unique combination of CBD and premium global ingredients. Her entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen played a key role in her ability to identify new market opportunities and successfully bring new concepts to fruition.

“We are delighted to add Kim Wellen to our growing sales force. I’m confident her experience, strategic expertise, and industry knowledge will be a huge catalyst for growth for our wholesale division on a national scale,” stated Deanna Wallin, Founder and CEO of Naples Soap Company.

Wellen will work in tandem with Naples Soap Company Advisor, Gary Sims, who has over 30 years of experience in CPG development and distribution. Sims initially specialized in wholesale and retail apparel and accessories, and he was a part of the original team that drove the growth of the Tommy Hilfiger brand into the billion-dollar-plus range. He was President of Ashworth, where he also led the successful launch of Callaway Golf Apparel. Since 2013, Mr. Sims has been the Founder & CEO of International Brands Group, a brand management company, with general partnerships in a portfolio of brands and licenses in fashion, sport, digital marketing, hospitality, and wellness. Sims has also launched or led successful operations and transactions of several premium brands, including J Lindeberg, William Rast, Robert Graham, Edwin Jeans, and Volition America.
