The applications were judged based on submissions that addressed leadership, innovation, and positive work environment. Recognitions include:

• Remote Work & Flexible Work Arrangements: Initially implemented across all functions in response to the pandemic, Cambium’s Remote First work model was later strengthened and codified to support the company’s modern workforce. Aetna Workplace Well-being Awards

The Aetna Workplace Well-being Awards named Cambium a Silver Winner.
