CNEXT Hosts Inaugural GENERATE Conference in September

Fortune 1000 senior executives convene to enhance their leadership capabilities and address the challenges of a rapidly evolving business landscape.

CNEXT, a cutting-edge leadership development and networking firm that enables clients to drive organizational success and career advancement, will host the inaugural GENERATE conference September 5-6 in New York, NY. CNEXT co-founder Jack Stahl will be a prominent speaker at the event, along with other subject matter experts and iconic members of the CNEXT CEO network.

The event will kick off on Day 1 with a CEO workshop titled “Leading Future-Forward Organizations in a Complex World.” This session will be facilitated by CNEXT CEO Cheryl Stokes. Panel members include:

  • Raj Gupta, former CEO of Rohm & Haas
  • Tiger Tyagarajan, former CEO of Genpact, and
  • Jack Stahl, former President and CEO of Revlon, and former Global President, CFO, and COO of The Coca-Cola Company

They will address the challenges of navigating an increasingly complex business environment and engage with attendees to help surface actionable strategies.

The first day will conclude with a ‘Cocktail Conversation’ featuring Boston Consulting Group senior advisor Bob Black, who will speak on "Thriving in Chaos: Executive Leadership in a BANI World" (Brittle, Anxious, Nonlinear, and Incomprehensible).

The second day of the conference will feature a Director's Panel Discussion where Stephanie Stahl, Board Director of Carters, Dollar Tree, Kibo, Newell Brands, and Jack Stahl will discuss higher-level executive and board engagement. This will be followed by a discussion titled "Navigating Complexity: Leadership for Impact," featuring Lisa Bodell, an internationally acclaimed speaker, futurist, and global strategist. The discussion will cover strategies for leadership amidst complexity and change. The day will end with a Leaders Luncheon featuring Gary Lai, former Chief Architect of Blue Origin and Co-Founder and CTO of Interlude, speaking on "Extreme Trust: A Leader's Antidote to BANI."

The two-day conference offers members a chance to engage in dynamic sessions with CEOs and peer executives, address talent, technology, and global challenges, and generate actionable strategies to enhance their organizational impact.

“I am thrilled to launch the GENERATE conference,” says Cheryl Stokes, CEO of CNEXT. “This event represents a unique opportunity for senior executives to engage with thought leaders, share insights, and develop strategies that will drive their organizations forward. We’ve created a platform where leaders can gain the tools and perspectives needed to navigate complexity and foster resilience within their teams. Our members have been asking for an in-person, immersive conference, and it’s rewarding to see it come to fruition.”
