FutureMain, a predictive maintenance solution provider for smart factory, won two awards at the 48th International Exhibition of Inventions held in Geneva, Switzerland between April 26th and 30th.
FutureMain received a gold award and a special award given by King Abdulaziz University for its “AR-based predictive maintenance solution for power plants machineries” that FutureMain co-developed with Korea South-East Power. FutureMain’s predictive maintenance solution is not just a simple monitoring system but an advanced platform that can diagnose and alert any machine malfunction in real-time, and even propose appropriate measures and solutions for the identified issues.
The real-time information of machinery status, anomalies, and the location of faults can be provided to operators on site via smart device. The operators can determine whether the machines are in the right conditions utilizing various options on the device such as real-time 3D-rendered images and the original drawings of the machines, and maintenance videos. They can help ensure the convenience and safety of the operators during the maintenance work while the machines are in operation.

In April, FutureMain also received the best product award for ExRBM AR+ for smart factory machinery at the Korea ImpaCT-ech Awards from the Korean Minister of Science and ICT.
The International Exhibition of Inventions GENEVA, along with iENA(Nurnberg, Germany) and INPEX(Pittsburg, USA), is recognized as one of the three most prominent international exhibitions. Over a thousand inventions from around 40 countries were exhibited at the Swiss exhibition this year.
