Eve’s Wisdom Productions, LLC, is thrilled to unveil a new project in conjunction with Pastor John H. High, Jr. (No Middle Ground Worship Center, Inc.); Reverend Dr. Frederick E. Jones (Canaan Baptist Church); and Pastor Isaac T. Bailey, Jr. (The Ark of the New Covenant COGIC). ‘The Rapture Trailer’, the reflection of a unique collaboration between spiritual leaders that will yield a thought-provoking new film project, will be filmed during August and September 2024.
The script for ‘The Rapture Trailer’ is a new work adapted from the Gospel stageplay ‘What Will The Rapture Be Like.’ Characters and staff of ‘The Rapture Trailer’ include Kerry Flowers; Brett Houdek of Racine, Wisconsin; Jermaine Rideout, music director Greg Adams; and Pastor Isaac T. Bailey Jr. While ‘The Rapture Trailer’ script has evolved over time, the message remains the same: the world is rapidly changing, and while many have become numb to this, many biblical texts cite that Christ will come soon.
In the twenty-fourth chapter of Matthew (King James Version), beginning at verse three, the Bible reads: “And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? And what shall be the sign of thy coming and the world's end? 4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. 5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ and shall deceive many. 6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumors of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. 7 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. 8 All these are the beginning of sorrows.”
According to Evaughn High, founder of Eve’s Wisdom Productions, LLC, and writer and producer of the project, “One may ask, are we living in the End Times, or is this just how the world will play out like a movie scene in the creative minds of writers and actors?”
